Dr Krishnan was first introduced to early interceptive orthodontics in 1994, marking the beginning of his focus on non-extraction orthodontic approaches.

Over more than twenty years, Dr Krishnan has treated patients using minimally invasive tooth-straightening methods and trained dentists in cosmetic dental procedures.

2010Founder and Clinical Director of CFast
Dr Krishnan founded and became Clinical Director of CFast (Cosmetically Focused Adult Straight Teeth), which grew into one of the UK's largest orthodontic cosmetic tooth-alignment systems. A 2013 article later described the C-fast training course as a “resounding success”.

2012Crowdfunding for practice expansion (a UK first)
In January 2012, Dr Krishnan became the first UK dentist to use crowdfunding for practice-network expansion, reported at the time as “a first for UK dentistry”.

2016Buy British campaign
In September 2016 the CFast lab championed a ‘buy British’ scheme in response to cheap dental imports, in support of UK dental manufacturing standards.

Founder of iConsentu
Dr Krishnan created iConsentu, described as the first enhanced consent tool for general dentistry.

As co-founder of the Society for Dentofacial Growth and Function, Dr Krishnan brought together multidisciplinary professionals focused on children's health through early screening and integrative treatment.
